AA. Passenger Services
a. Customer Service Agents – You are handling the passengers at the airport. The roles can be, the passengers check in, ushering the passengers to the aircraft, handling transfer passengers or disembarking travelers.
Requirements – SPM with 3 credits including english
BB Apron Services
a. Baggage Handler
The role is to get the passengers bag to or off from the air crafts. You may have to operate baggage equipment or transport unit.
c. Equipments Operator – your job is to tow baggages or cargo between aircrafts to terminals and cargo complex
Requirements: 21 years with driving license.

ABOUT SAT
It is a subsidiary of SIA with diverged business in airport services and airlines catering. The services offered include:
- supply of food for airlines flying passengers.
- catering for other passengers amenities such as the first class lounge
- menu management – airlines can get SATs to handle the menu of its fleet.
- Passengers services – handling and managing the flow of passengers at the airports.
- Apron services – this is the back office operation, such as handling the baggage, aircraft push back and towing, ground powers, toilet and water servicing and engineering technical handling.
- Cargo services – This include the cargo check in, scheduling for flight and preparing for flight and containerizing it. IATA had specified the procedures for cargo transport with regards to dangerous goods
