PASSENGERS AND APRON SERVICES
SAT Singapore is the largest handling agent at Changi Airport. It handles the full range of services including, the passengers check in, ramp handling and documents handling. The vacancies are in the following positions:
1. Customer Service Agents
You are dealing directly with the passengers creating memorable experiences. There are various roles you can play, the check in agent, departure or arrival management or transit passengers management.
The requirements are, 3 SPM cedit including English, pleasant personality and wiling to work hard
2. Equipment Operators
You will be handling baggage equipment and cargo in the ramp. The jobs include towing and moving cargo and bags to different bays and terminals.
Requirements: Able to write and read english, have a driving license and you are above 21 years of age.
CARGO SERVICES
The company has a number of vacancies in the area. Cargo services work directly with the physical cargo as opposed to Cargo Sales who deals with the customers.
The positions include, Cargo coordinator, Warehouse Officers and Operator assistants.
The jobs in the Cargo services areas can be grouped into 2, the export cargo or import cargo.
The export handling personnel will receive the cargo from the clients, process the export documents, schedule the flight and package them into containers or pallets. Then deal with the client cargo airlines for export.
The Import will be the reversed process.
CATERING
These is the specialized kitchen for the airlines. It supplies the foods and beverages that you see or consumed in flight.
Vacancies are in the foo processing areas, such as Cooks, Catering assistants, Bakers and store keepers.
